The PBM-BW series portable battery pack charge and discharge maintenance instrument is a medium-sized charge and discharge equipment. It meets the functions of charge and discharge and capacity test of power battery modules and battery packs. It is mainly composed of a main control block, a discharge load block, a charging module, an execution module and a human-machine interface. It can record long-term test data and synchronize cloud storage and networking functions. It has 1 charge and discharge channel, the highest voltage is 1000V, the maximum charge and discharge current is 80A: the maximum charge and discharge power is 30KW: the input is 3B0Vac, and it supports external single cell voltage acquisition box and BM5 communication to obtain single cell voltage and other information.

Extended Collection – Supports external battery voltage and temperature collection functions, providing more comprehensive data monitoring and ensuring battery status transparency.
Multiple protections – Supports multiple cutoff conditions such as group voltage, capacity, SOC, working hours, and single cell voltage to ensure safe operation.
Data Management – The machine saves test data files and automatically generates test reports for easy data analysis and archiving.
Cloud linkage – can extend permission management, link with back-end platform data, support program upgrade, automatic parameter import and result upload, and realize intelligent management.
